FAQ Questions for Wellness Retreat Accreditation

How does it work?
  1. Fill out the application form online. (click on the chosen package and it will take you to the form directly)
  2. Upload the Proof documents 
  3. Pay for the Secretary’s Fee (35,00 Eur)
  4. Wait for the Preliminary Report (up to max 7 days)
  5. If approved, you will be notified via Email. 
  6. Pay for the Yearly Fee. You will receive an Invoice via Email.  
  7. You will receive all your accredited documents (accreditation diploma, logotip for your website and other documents included in your package.)
  8. Take a photo of you holding your accredited Diploma and send it to us for promotion on our social media. (no extra charge).

Wellness Accreditation Basic Package (0-1 Year)

Welcome to the Wellness Accreditation Basic Package! This package is designed to officially recognize your dedication to the wellness industry and give you the exposure and credibility you deserve. As a member of our accredited wellness community, you will receive the following benefits, which will help you stand out and grow your presence in the industry.

Accreditation Services:

  1. Accreditation Certificate
    You will receive a formal, personalized certificate recognizing your achievement and accreditation status in the wellness field.
  2. Ribbon
    A physical ribbon will be sent to you to proudly display, symbolizing your accredited status.
  3. Listing in Wellness Directory
    Your business or services will be included in our exclusive Wellness Directory, where potential clients can easily discover your offerings.
  4. Implementation of Wellness Standards Program
    The Implementation of Wellness Standards ensures accredited members consistently meet industry best practices through clear guidelines, regular assessments, and ongoing support, fostering continuous improvement and growth in their wellness services.
  5. Authorized Use (Reflects permission granted to use the logo and branding.)

Marketing Services (One-Time):

As a new accredited member, you will also receive a range of marketing services to help promote your business and boost your visibility. These services will be available only once during your first year of accreditation.

  1. New Member Spotlight in Newsletter
    You will be featured in our Wellness Community Newsletter, introducing you to our network and sharing your journey to accreditation.
  2. Social Media Exposure
    We will promote your accreditation on both Facebook and Instagram:
    • On Facebook:
      • welcome post on our Facebook page with your photo holding the accreditation certificate and ribbon, and a link to your website. You will also be included in the “Wellness New Comers” album.
      • post featuring a photo of your wellness product, service, or something you offer, included in the “Wellness Accreditation Year” album (e.g., 2025).
      • post sharing your blog article with a link to your feature on our website.
    • On Instagram:
      • welcome post on our Instagram page with your photo holding the accreditation certificate and ribbon, and a link to your website. You will also be included in the “Wellness New Comers” highlights.
      • post featuring a photo of your wellness product, service, or something you offer, included in the “Wellness Accreditation Year” album (e.g., 2025).
      • post sharing your blog article with a link to your feature on our website.
  3. YouTube Promotional Video (One-Time)
    We will provide guidelines for you to create a 30-60 second promotional video introducing your wellness services and sharing your accredited status. This video will include your accreditation logo and can be shared on YouTube and other platforms.
  4. TikTok Promotional Exposure (One-Time)
    short, fun video will be created featuring your wellness product/service, showcasing your accreditation and highlighting your business. This video will be posted to our TikTok profile with your accreditation logo included.
  5. Published Article on Blog
    blog article will be written and published on our website, featuring your wellness business, your accreditation journey, and the unique services you provide. You will need to provide 1-2 high-quality images of your wellness services or products for the article. The article will be shared on our social media channels.
  6. Accredited Member Promotion in Wellness Magazine (As an accredited member, you will be featured in our prestigious Wellness Magazine. This publication serves as an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and promote your services to a wider audience.)

Retreats focusing on any aspect of wellness—such as physical health, mental well-being, emotional balance, spiritual growth, or holistic healing—are eligible to apply for accreditation.

  • Quality of the Experience:

    • Program Content: The retreat should offer a thoughtfully designed program that focuses on holistic wellness, including mind-body-soul integration. This could include yoga, meditation, fitness classes, nutritional advice, healing practices, etc.
    • Expert Trainers & Facilitators: Instructors and facilitators should be highly trained and accredited in their respective fields (e.g., certified yoga instructors, nutritionists, mental health professionals).
    • Personalized Attention: Ensure retreats provide enough individual support for participants (e.g., small group sizes, personalized wellness plans, one-on-one sessions).
  • Health & Safety Standards:

    • Adherence to local and international health standards.
    • Safe accommodations, sanitary facilities, and healthy food options.
    • Emergency plans and protocols for any health-related concerns.
  • Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility:

    • Eco-friendly practices such as green energy, zero waste, sustainable food sourcing, and eco-conscious accommodations.
    • Commitment to reducing the environmental impact of the retreat, such as using natural materials and reducing plastic.
  • Ethical Practices & Inclusivity:

    • Non-discriminatory practices in terms of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.

Once approved as a member, you’ll be promoted across our website, directory, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and our Wellness Magazine (published quarterly). The level of marketing exposure increases with each accreditation package, offering greater visibility and promotional opportunities as you progress.

By accrediting your Wellness Retreat at Wellness Institut, you gain recognized credibility and trust within the Wellness Industry. This accreditation demonstrates your commitment to high standards, enhances your professional reputation, and attracts more clients seeking certified, quality wellness offerings from You. Additionally, you will join a network of reputable wellness providers, benefiting from marketing support and access to valuable resources for growth and development.

The Accreditation Price is Fixed for the first year of your Accreditation, but when you renew for the second year, you will receive a Discount. 

It means you pay yearly (12 months) for the Accreditation. For 1 Wellness Retreat that means 30,33 Eur per Month; 2 to 3 Wellness Retreats 37,00 Eur per Month; 4 to 5 Wellness Retreats 43,00 Eur per Month. Payment for the Accreditation is automatically renewed every year. If you dont wish to renew it, you must let us know 30 days in advance that you wish to discontinue the payment for Accreditation on our email: hello@wellnessinstitut.us

In your first year of accreditation, you will receive our Basic Wellness Package, designed to support your initial steps in implementing wellness standards and enhancing your services. As you continue to grow, your second year of accreditation brings exciting new opportunities. You will benefit from a discount on your accreditation and gain access to a more comprehensive level of exposure through our Premium Wellness Package and a title Wellness Excellence. This package includes enhanced marketing opportunities and a stronger presence within the wellness community, empowering you to further implement wellness standards while attracting more clients.
