About Lara
I am the founder of Self Made Counselling and the Wellness Institut, with a Master’s degree in Psychology and specializations in Sandplay Therapy and Clay Field Therapy. My work bridges psychology and creativity, offering people a space for reflection, emotional growth, and resilience. Alongside individual counselling and programs, I also guide retreats in Cape Town and run a bio wellness center, Bela Vilinka, in Slovenia. I call this project Self Made because it reflects my own journey — a woman who shaped her own path, guided by inner strength, creativity, and a belief in human potential.”
