Step 1: Choose What You Want to Accredit
The first step is clarity. Ask yourself:
What part of your work do you want accredited?
At the Wellness Institut, you can choose from six categories:
Wellness Courses – Online or in-person education
Wellness Services – Coaching, bodywork, therapies
Wellness Retreats – In-person healing or transformation journeys
Wellness Professionals – Individual practitioners
Wellness Products – Tools, oils, supplements, etc.
Wellness Organizations – Wellness centers or collectives

Step 2: Select the Package That Fits
Each accreditation category offers different package levels depending on your depth of service, reach, and goals. Whether you’re a solo practitioner or a growing retreat center, there’s a package to match.
Wellness Courses – Starter, Medium, Large, Extra Large Package
Wellness Services – Starter, Medium, Large, Extra Large Package
Wellness Retreats – Basic, Medium, Large Package
Wellness Professionals – Junior Wellness Practitioner, Wellness Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Specialist, Wellness Ambassador
Wellness Products – Starter, Medium, Large Package
Wellness Organizations – Basic, Intermediate, Advanced Package
Step 3: Submit Your Application
Once you’ve chosen your category and package, you’ll fill out a simple application form directly on the site. You’ll also be asked to submit: Descriptions of your services/courses/products; Evidence of client care, testimonials, or success stories; Ethics and safety standards; Your contact and business details.

Each path has a custom package that includes documentation review, badges, certificates, listing, and more.
Step 4: Pay the Review Fee
Before your review begins, you’ll pay a flat secretary fee — the same for all categories. This allows the wellness accreditation team to begin your review, verify materials, and assess eligibility.
Step 5: The Review Process (Up to 7 Days)
Once everything is submitted, our review team will begin your personalized evaluation. We don’t believe in rubber-stamping. Every application is considered with care, based on clarity, integrity, and alignment with global wellness standards.
The decision is made within 7 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email.
Step 6: Receive Your Accreditation Certificate & Package
If approved, you’ll receive:
An official approval email
A Stripe payment link to complete the 1-year accreditation
Upon payment, your accreditation package will be delivered
Your listing will also go live in the Wellness Directory, and you’ll receive everything you need to display your badge, promote your status, and move forward confidently.
