Your Wellness Journey: How to Navigate the Wellness Circle Club

In the Wellness Circle Club, your wellness journey will unfold across 5 levels, each designed to help you grow, learn, and experience deeper aspects of your well-being. Here’s how the progression will work:

1. Theoretical Part (Learning Phase)

Each level begins with the theoretical part, where you will be introduced to new concepts, insights, and knowledge. This phase is all about learning the core principles of wellness in various aspects such as body, mind, and soul.

This theoretical knowledge will form the foundation of your wellness journey, providing you with the insights needed to enhance your well-being. It may include:

  • Lectures: Engaging and informative sessions offering key teachings on wellness.

  • Videos & Audio: Multimedia content to deepen your understanding and make complex topics more accessible.

2. Practical Part (Wellness Exploration)

After learning the theory, you will dive into the practical part of each level through Wellness Explorations. This is where you will engage in hands-on activities designed to help you apply what you’ve learned in real life. These explorations will encourage you to explore, reflect, and experiment with different practices.

Here are 6 types of Wellness Explorations:

  • Wellness Challenges: Push yourself to take on challenges that promote growth and self-discovery.

  • Wellness Journeys: Embark on a step-by-step path of activities that lead you toward better health.

  • Wellness Practices: Develop lasting habits that you can integrate into your everyday life for sustained well-being.

  • Wellness Missions: Complete actionable assignments that directly contribute to your personal growth.

  • Wellness Tasks: Small, easy-to-complete steps that make a big impact on your overall wellness.

Once you have successfully completed the theoretical and practical parts of each level, you will receive a Wellness Certificate and your corresponding title. This progression will continue until you reach the final level.
