The Career Accreditation Application Fee is €50. This fee is deducted from the final accreditation fee of the Career Level you are approved for.
For example:
Junior Wellness Practitioner (€50) → No additional payment required
Wellness Practitioner 1 (€250) → €200 remaining after the application fee
Wellness Practitioner 2 (€450) → €400 remaining after the application fee
Holistic Wellness Specialist (€700) → €650 remaining after the application fee
Wellness Ambassador (€1,050) → €1,000 remaining after the application fee
Please note that the €50 application fee is non-refundable. If you begin the accreditation process and later decide not to continue, the fee will be retained to cover administrative and assessment costs.

Career Accreditation is the first step for individual professionals.
If you are applying as a company, wellness center, clinic, academy, spa, hotel, or other organisation, your first step is Wellness Company Accreditation rather than Career Accreditation.

The Course Accreditation Application Fee is €50. This fee is deducted from the final accreditation fee of the selected package (12 Months or 24 Months).
For example:
12-Month Accreditation (€350) → €300 remaining after the application fee
24-Month Accreditation (€600) → €550 remaining after the application fee
Please note that the €50 application fee is non-refundable. If you begin the accreditation process and later decide not to continue, the fee will be retained to cover administrative and assessment costs.
Course Accreditation is granted for a period of 12 months or 24 months, depending on the package selected.
As wellness standards continue to evolve and improve, accredited providers are encouraged to maintain and develop the quality of their educational programs. At the end of the accreditation period, a renewal evaluation may be conducted (interview). If the evaluation is successful and the provider continues to meet the required wellness standards, the accreditation may be renewed for an additional accreditation period.

Wellness Product Accreditation is a lifetime accreditation and does not require annual renewal.
Two accreditation packages are available:
Digital Wellness Product Provider Accreditation – for providers of digital wellness products such as eBooks, workbooks, audio programs, downloadable resources, and digital wellness tools.
Physical Wellness Product Provider Accreditation – for providers of physical wellness products such as essential oils, herbal products, crystals, wellness gift boxes, journals, and other wellness-related products.

Wellness Company Accreditation is a lifetime company classification and accreditation. It is the foundation for organisations seeking recognition within the Wellness Institut framework.
This accreditation applies to the company or organisation itself, not to its employees, directors, managers, or practitioners.
Please note:
Wellness Company Accreditation does not automatically accredit the individuals working within the organisation.
Employees, practitioners, and company leaders who wish to obtain professional recognition must apply separately through Career Accreditation.
Wellness Company Accreditation does not automatically include accreditation for wellness courses, retreats, or products.

1. Physical Wellness (Body)
Activities, services, programs, and products that support physical health, vitality, movement, nutrition, relaxation, recovery, and overall bodily wellbeing.
2. Emotional & Mental Wellness (Mind)
Activities, services, programs, and products that support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, communication, self-awareness, stress management, cognitive development, and mental wellness.
3. Spiritual Wellness (Soul)
Activities, services, programs, and products that support spiritual growth, energy-based practices, mindfulness, meditation, personal meaning, inner connection, and holistic wellbeing.
