What is Wellness Career Accreditation
Wellness Career Accreditation is a recognition, based on who you are as a professional, not only on what you offer. Before any course, service, product, retreat, or organisation can be accredited, we first identify your current Wellness Career Level.
This career pathway reflects:
- Your education (formal and informal)
- Your years of professional practice
- Your scope of work (body, mind, soul – single or integrated)
- Your level of responsibility toward clients and the wellness community
The goal is not to rank people, but to ensure that wellness standards are applied responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with real knowledge and experience.

At Wellness Institut, the wellness career pathway is structured into five professional levels, allowing individuals to grow step-by-step from personal interest to advanced leadership.

Progressing Through the Career Levels
Accredited professionals may apply for a higher Career Level in the future if their education, experience, or professional scope expands.
When upgrading to a higher Career Level, the fee already paid for the current level is deducted from the fee of the new level. Applicants only pay the difference between the two levels.
For example, if you were previously accredited as a Wellness Practitioner 2 (€450) and later become eligible for Holistic Wellness Specialist (€750), you would only pay the difference of €300 + €50 (admission costs) to upgrade your accreditation.
This approach encourages continuous professional development while recognising your previous investment in the Wellness Institut accreditation system.

Wellness Career Accreditation is open to individuals who meet the educational and professional requirements for each level.
It is suitable for wellness practitioners, coaches, holistic professionals, trainers, therapists, wellness organisers, and professionals working in health, education, or personal development.
Individuals who are changing careers and wish to enter the wellness industry may also apply, provided they meet the required training, qualifications, and practical experience for their chosen level.
