    I recently traveled from the UK to Slovenia, Europe, to attend the Wellness Emotional Detox Retreat, and it was an incredible experience! For the first time, I tried sand play therapy, and it truly helped me process emotions I had been holding onto. Lara was there every step of the way, leading the retreat with such kindness and expertise. She is a wonderful person and made me feel supported throughout the entire process.
